Functional extensions of LANCOM devices
with software options, services, and licenses

Expand device functions with just a few clicks

To adapt to your individual network requirements, you can activate additional functionalities and features of your LANCOM products by registering the LANCOM software options. Alternatively, by activating LANCOM services (e.g. LANcare) and licenses, you benefit from customized support when using LANCOM devices.

To register / activate, enter the serial number of the device and the license number of the purchased option or service in the form. After submitting the registration, you will receive the activation key for the device whose serial number you entered for registration – and the extended functions will be available to you.

For convenient registration of large quantities, you are welcome to use the bulk registration.

Please continue to use this registration form for registrations of the LANCOM R&S®Unified Firewall portfolio.

Can I cancel a registration?

Please note that after registration, the corresponding option remains permanently linked to the specified device and it is no longer possible to activate the same option for another device. Therefore, please ensure that you enter the correct serial number.

Special features for Telekom products:

If you want to register a LANCOM VPN 25 option for a device of the LANCOM R800 or R900 series, make sure that you have previously purchased and activated the LANCOM R90X Enterprise Option (Telekom BR Enterprise Option). Further information can be found in this Knowledge Base article.

Where do I find the serial number of my device?

Depending on the device type, you will find the 16-digit or 12-digit serial number on the underside of the device. Please enter the corresponding number in the field "device serial number". The serial number of a device is displayed in the status line of LANconfig when you click on the respective device name.
