The LANCOM option transfer is only billed once for transferring multiple options from the same source device! Outside the EU, individual prices apply. Prerequisite is that the original device is within the warranty period or that the registration was not more than three years ago. For an offer, please contact: services@lancom.de.
LANCOM Emergency Support (120€) is aimed exclusively for LANcommunity partners or contract customers (LANcare) and can be requested for the same day until 4 p.m. (CET) at the latest.
