Export conditions

LANCOM products, software, and solutions (except for "hardened" (H-) products) are currently not covered by Annex I of EU Regulation 2021/821 (Dual-Use Regulation) or Part I of the Export List, nor by EC Regulation No. 2019/125 (Anti-Torture Regulation) or EU Regulation 258/2012 (Firearms Regulation).

Notwithstanding this, prohibitions and use-related restrictions of the Dual-Use Regulation (e.g. Articles 4 and 5) and the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance (e.g. §§ 9, 11 paras. 3 and 4), as well as UN or EU embargoes and sanctions, remain applicable.
